the Metta-Morphosis sangha is a sangha of self-identified BIPOC / BAME* aspirants, discerning/curious aspirants and OI practitioners convening to support aspirants and one another along the path. we will explore, deeply look, study and practice the 14 mindfulness trainings and other teachings/sutras as desired by the sangha. at present, we offer on the 2nd saturday, study of one of the 14 mindfulness trainings or offer a heart-inspiration. the 4th saturday, we study a teaching. based on the mindfulness training or a heart-inspiration.
