one-on-one support

one-on-one support || trauma-informed care

having a compassionate witness walking with you as you organically navigate / unpack / explore / process / metabolize / integrate life's challenges

would you like support navigating life’s challenges?

one-on-one private sessions are for those who are ready to receive support to move through life’s challenges or the effects of trauma on their mind, body and soul in a safe nurturing space. receiving trauma care from someone with firsthand experience of gently, organically moving through their own trauma (peer-trauma-survivor) as well as has lived experience navigating life in an autistic and neurodivergent mind-body-soul.

we offer trauma care to traditionally underserved BIPOC (black, indigenous and persons of culture) community members of all ages, abilities, sizes, 🌈sexual orientation and gender identity. you are welcome here. we offer trauma care with a social justice framework - understanding the persistent impact of white supremacy, colonization, anti-blackness and patriarchy on the mind-body-soul of BIPOC community members. we offer trauma care with a decolonized approach - understanding that you are more than what happened to you and the way out is in (i.e. empowerment from the inside out). each person has what they need to navigate their trauma within themselves. as such we offer more presence and less intervention.

we offer support to move through life’s challenges at your own pace, following your unique body-wisdom. we support clients coming out of one-time trauma, generational, historic trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and grief experiences to reclaim autonomy, agency, natural confidence, courage and voice - life building skills. some clients may only need a few sessions while other clients may need a longer period of focused work together until they feel prepared and empowered to undertake the recovery and healing process independently.
