SOULmatic practices may be helpful if you are experiencing stress or trauma that is causing your nervous system to become dysregulated. (learn more)

in times of stress and chaos, ​sometimes what our black & brown bodies hold, needs care: movement, orientation, touch and grounding to help it move through. (learn more)

these monthly gatherings are a safe space to land and practice in community and also allow for those who are curious about SOULmatic work to try it out.
